Before a visit, the name on the request is compared with the owner of record.
Sometimes the person asking for an inspection or estimate is a tenant, a relative or a neighbor, not the owner. Finding out after the trip wastes time and can cause trouble.

✓ Public records can be out of date. This is not legal advice or a title search. Have your attorney approve any authorization form you use.
Pricing is set with you by email, and confirmed in writing.
- A new request comes in with a property address.
- Before a visit, we compare the name on the request with the owner of record in public property records for that address.
- If they match, you go ahead as usual.
- If they don't match, you get a ready-to-send request letter your team sends, asking for proof of ownership or the owner's written permission.
